Free delivery when you spend £30 or more on all UK orders up to 5 days. standard delivery £2.95 on all UK orders up to 5 days.
International delivery £6.95 where ever you are in the world 5-12 working days.
Working day is classified as Monday – Friday. Bank Holidays are not considered to be a working day.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way. Fether reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. Fether does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Fether is responsible for the error.
Customs & import tax
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Channel Islands, there may be taxes, fees or other charges that you will be expected to pay. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order these charges vary from country to country. We do not have any control over these charges and do not hold current duty rates on file.
If these local import and custom charges are refused or not paid by you, then the item could be returned to Fether or destroyed. If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned products minus any costs incurred in returning them to Fether
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY
The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.
In order to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible, if you are not at home when we try to deliver, we might leave your parcel with one of your neighbours. If we do this, we will leave a card stating where the parcel has been left. In case we cannot reach you or your neighbours to receive your parcel, we will leave a card in your letterbox to notify you that we tried to deliver your parcel. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-schedule a delivery day. You will find the contact details on the card.
